I’ve been running for quite a few years now. Nothing hardcore, but just enough to clear my mind every other day. However, I’ve been spending more and more time at the gym and that’s pretty much where I spend all my remaining time now when work and school is over.
I’m up to around 30-40 miles a week, and I never realized it could be difficult to actually eat enough to cover your calorie intake. However, this week has been difficult, I keep craving fatty shit all the time and all I want is to eat and I’m finding it really hard to focus at the gym. Blahh
